Health & Safety

The health and safety of our participants is vital to our conference. Our team is asking all onsite participants to be respectful of each other’s needs and situations as we interact at the conference.

If a registered onsite guest has experienced COVID-19 symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19, he/she should contact the conference team as soon as possible to discuss options for refunds. We ask that if you are not feeling well and are an onsite participant, you transfer your registration to online.

Additionally, the conference is taking the following measures to support the health and safety of our participants:
  • Single occupancy is an option for lodging as is double occupancy. Participants selecting double occupancy must select a roommate. There is no roommate matching by the conference.
  • Housekeeping will not be provided by Rock Eagle 4-H Center. Participants will have linens for their beds and ta set  towels per person provided. A communal trash receptacle is outside cabins for trash cans to be emptied by participants should it be necessary.
  • Meals will be served by dining hall staff to reduce touch points. Break snacks will also be planned to minimize touch points.
We will continue to monitor and adapt support before and during the conference. Knowing these are guidelines and not all inclusive, the conference and Rock Eagle 4-H Center may make adjustments to meet the changing needs of the group
