Registration Details

Conference registration is open to all adults working with 4-H youth.  The 2026 conference is excited to offer a hybrid program with both activities onsite at Rock Eagle 4-H Center in Eatonton, Georgia, and virtual options available online, October 1 - 4, 2026

Rock Eagle is a 4-H conference center offering shared cabins with private rooms and baths. Each cabin can house up to 12 participants in double occupancy.  Participants may select single- or double-occupancy accommodations.  For those wishing to share lodging, you must "match" your roommate selection (both roommates must request each other).

Registration may be paid by check or credit card, with credit cards incurring an additional service fee. Registration paid by check should have checks received before conference registrations. For 4-H programs needing invoicing or special arrangements, email [email protected] with your specific requests.

If you are a military child, youth, or family program staff member, visit the Pre-Conference page for registration.
