​We love our presenters and appreciate the commitment it takes for so many to offer their time and talents to make the 4-H Volunteer Conference a great experience for participants.

We have created this page to share information to help you as you plan for your presentation at Rock Eagle 4-H Center.

Presenter Portal 

The portal is our digital library for uploading photos for social media promotion, handouts, and other resources you are sharing for your session.  And for our recorded content and virtual presentations, the submission area provides space for recordings.  Thank you for helping us provide promotional materials and tools for all of our presenters. Pre-recorded and Virtual Presenters

We are excited to offer a virtual and hybrid conference opportunity in 2026. Our workshop presenters in our virtual space will present using Zoom in our conference portal. Sessions will be offered synchronously (at a scheduled time) and recorded. All participants, both onsite and virtual, will have access to recorded content.  

​The Volunteer Conference of Southern States is jointly directed by LGU's in the southern region. 
The management team and committee chairs are under the leadership of the University of Kentucky Extension 4-H Program
