The 4-H Volunteer Conference is open to 4-H volunteers (and paid staff) worldwide. The 4-H Volunteers Conference of Southern States hosts the event each year, with a team of 4-H volunteers and staff planning it. The conference is hosted on-site at
​ Rock Eagle 4-H Center and has virtual components, including a library of recorded content.
