The 4-H Volunteer Conference is open to 4-H volunteers (and paid staff) from across the world. Hosted by the 4-H Volunteers Conference of Southern States, the event is planned each year by a team of 4-H volunteers and staff. The conference is hosted onsite at Rock Eagle 4-H Center and has virtual components, including a library of recorded content.

Leah Kennedy is an advocate for agricultural education, a published children’s book author, and the reigning Miss Music City Volunteer. Most of all though, Leah champions her S.E.R.V.E. Initiative, “Grow Tennessee.” Through her advocacy, she promotes agricultural literacy and works to raise awareness about the critical role agriculture plays in everyday life. We are excited for Leah to join us as our Friday night Keynote presentation.
